Yes! The balloon garland is yours after the session if you choose to keep it. It can last for two-three weeks. If timed right, you can use it for the birthday party! It is worth every penny!

2. We introduce the cake! Disclaimer: There are times where the baby highly dislikes the cake. That is totally fine! We will get creative. I recommend bringing snacks that appeal to your child. No one will be able to tell if they are eating a puff snack or cake!

3. Bath time!

4. You get to go home while I tidy up!

I recommend bringing:
-2-3 outfits
-Cake
-Cake stand (If you would rather a different one other than the wooden slab that I use. I also have a white cake stand.)
-Cake topper if you want to use one. ( I have a gold "one" )
-Puff snacks incase the baby doesn't like the cake.
-Towel for after bath.

I will help you plan during the process, but you can bring whatever you want included. You can make your cake smash as simple or elaborate as you would like. I will provide the backdrops, wooden props, O N E letters, cake stand, and tub.

- I recommend looking on Amazon for cake smash kits. Then you can reuse the items you purchased for the birthday party. Please have everything ready to go. The pom-pom decorations are very time-consuming.

Avoid the big "1" balloons. Sometimes they turn out cute but they are often too big for the indoor photos.

The best type of cake to get is vanilla or funfetti spongecake. Avoid chocolate cake. Light-colored works best for obvious reasons. White buttercream icing is also best since certain colors can be distracting or overly messy. Sprinkles are a cute addition and a cake topper is certainly worth bringing. I do have a gold "one" if you would like to use it.

Normal smash cakes that you can purchase pre-made at your local grocery store are one-tier. They work perfectly fine. Though, a lot of parents would rather bigger cakes. In that case, purchase a two or three-tier cake.

In my personal opinion though, a one-tier cake is all you need. Walmart sells them in the bakery section. You can pre-order and get a white iced one-tier cake pretty cheap.

The turnaround time for your session is 3 weeks. I recommend booking for when your baby is 11 months old so that you will have them back for the actual birthday.

You don't have to fuss with uploading your session to another website or app or even going into a store to pick up your purchase. I did all of the hard work for you. You just have to add to cart and pay with card at the end.

Your order will automatically get sent to a professional, high-quality lab, instead of printing from a consumer lab. The quality is significantly better because I color calibrate my computer to the lab. It gives a better printed result.

Payment will be collected at the end of your session. I accept cash, check, or Zelle only.
